There
are three basic types of
consultations: Workout,
Nutritional and Synergistic.
- Workout-
(21/2 to 3 hours) This starts
with a Body Composition Analysis, then we plan specific
exercises involving order, frequency, rest periods,
breathing, grip, injury prevention and maximizing results.
This includes hands on demonstration and complete
workout program.
- Nutritional-
(2 ˝ hours) Starts
with a Body Composition Analysis, then plans every detail
of your diet including how to use “Nutrition Almanac”,
specific proteins, low glycemic
carbs/fibers and essential
fatty acids for your unique lean body mass and metabolism
to achieve your specific fat loss goals through a
specifically customized ketogenic
nutritional plan. This
includes water intake and frequency, feeding intake,
portion size, frequency and schedule.
- Synergistic-
(2 hours) This consultation is
only for those that have already had Workout and
Nutritional consultations with us.
It starts with Body Composition Analysis and
includes a comprehensive overview of tweeking
and perfecting your total overall plan.
This includes aerobic, anaerobic, nutritional and
nutritional supplement programs, timing, adjusting and
perfecting your ability to get optimum results by being an
informed self-trainer.
