The
Hardbodies International
Training System starts with a 23-point body composition
analysis with skin-fold calipers, digital scale and tape
measure. Then,
there are five 2-hour hands on training sessions at a
private training focus facility per week for four
consecutive weeks. These
sessions are done with an ACE certified, Professional
Trainer. The
trainer has over 10 years experience as a Body Symmetry
Expert-Judge for the National Physique Committee, a 100%
success record in training Body for Life Grand Champions,
and is also the world’s leading (and the mid-south’s
only) Physique Augmentation Specialist.
Sessions are done with precise and constant
instruction on proper use of free-weights to maximize
results while preventing injury.
Proper technique on breathing, body position, grip,
stretch and contraction form are taught.
Close attention to even the most
minute details are comprehensively instructed and
supervised with a truly hands-on approach.
Two body-parts (muscle-groups) are worked each day, a
primary group followed by the secondary or assisting group
that would be most pre-fatigued (worked-out to some degree
of exhaustion) each day.
A timer is set between sets to provide a measured
adenosine-tri-phosphate (ATP) recovery time to the muscles
at the cellular level.
This allows for maximum performance ability in the
next set. These
precise times are targeted to muscle- size and ATP
regeneration-ability.
Besides
the 23-point measurements of the body composition analysis
chart, five additional charts are constantly updated on
every set and fraction of a repetition that is completed.
Every client has a total of 6 charts of specific
numerical documentation constantly updated for the purpose
of precise results verification, documentation and physique
management.
These physique augmentation training sessions are
precise polar opposites of sports-related training sessions.
Just as it is a physiological fact that a
healthy-superior physique has never nor could ever be
achieved by sports-related training (though thousands
mistakenly attempt this each year to no avail) we can not
guarantee any sports-related performance enhancements.
In fact if sports-related performance training is all
that is desired we would recommend a training organization
who specializes in just that.
We do not advise our clients in a way that would
cause in excess of 50 lbs. of fat loss in a 12 week or less
period. This
would cause an unhealthy loss of lean tissue through
over-training or starvation.
Complete blood-profiles from a physician are
recommended before beginning and again after 3 months.
The 23-point measurements of the body composition
analysis are re-taken and compared again for results at the
end of each four week session/package.
There is no contract to sign obligating a client to
take more than one four week package.
They have the option to pre-purchase an additional
training package at the end of each four weeks.
Training sessions can be postponed for any reason by
the client with no time or financial penalty as long as the
client postpones more than 24hrs in advance of the session(s).
